Policies
Office hours 7.30 am to 9.00 pm in March, April and October and 7am to 9.30 pm from May through September.
Check in is after 2.30 pm. If you plan to check in after 9.30 pm please call us at 719 378 2900. Check out 11 am. No late check out is permitted.
The lodge is non smoking. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.
Pets are not allowed in high season which is May through September. Pets cannot be left in the car.
Credit Card is charged upon arrival. Cancellation is 48 hours. Exceptions are large groups and many room nights for which cancellation will be more than 48 hours. No charge if canceled within cancellation period. Beyond cancellation period your card will not be charged if we are able to rent the room.
For Memorial day and Labor day weekends a minimum stay of 2 nights are required.
We will not be responsible for accident or injury to our guests or for loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
If you are reserving for the month of March, April or October, please note that the Oasis Restaurant within walking distance is closed. We provide a wholesome continental breakfast only for these months when the restaurant is closed. There are gas grills, microwave and ice.
Nearest restaurants are in Fort Garland (25 miles) and Blanca (21 miles ) which are on Hwy 160. Alamosa which is 32 miles from us has many restaurants. Any questions please contact the lodge. From Memorial Day weekend in May through Labor day in September Oasis Restaurant hours are 8 am to 8 pm. The first 3 weeks in May they are open from 8 am to 3 pm on week days and until 7 pm on Fridays and Saturdays. After Labor Day they are open until 7.00 pm in September before closing in October. Please call the restaurant 719 378 2222 to check the hours prior to arrival. It is a full service restaurant. Beer is the only alcoholic beverage served at the restaurant.
